We conduct thorough Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) (A.K.A. landlord certificates) to assess the safety and compliance of your electrical installations.

We install electric vehicle charging points, offering efficient and convenient solutions for your EV needs. We are also an accredited OZEV registered installer, which not only proves our competency, but means you may be eligible for a government grant of up to £350!

Basically, everything in between. There is no job too small. Whatever you need sorting, we can assist you, including appliance installation, repairs or additional sockets.

pricing guidelines

Labour rate - £80 for the first hour, then £15 every 15 minutes.
Domestic EICR- £110 for a 1 bedroom property, then £20 for each additional bedroom.
Commercial EICR- £20 per circuit*

All of our installation work is covered with a 12 month guarantee.

Please note, the prices listed above are based on labour only and are subject to change. Evening and weekend callouts will incur a 50% surcharge to standard rates.

We are not VAT registered

*There is a minimum charge of £80
